1lb Fresh salmon fillet (preferably Wild Caught) 1 inch thick
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice (or fresh squeezed)
2 tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
2 – 4 tbsp. Raw Honey*
Dash salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder etc.
Firstly season fillet with above or added spices
Secondly combine above ingredients (except the honey) in mixing bowl stir well.
Thirdly place salmon in deep dish and pour mixture over salmon. Lastly bake at 375 for 15 min – 20 min
*Honey should be added after salmon has been removed from oven and plated. Be sure to add some of the delicious cooked juice to your dish.
