Our Natural Honey Cold Syrup is renowned amongst our clients as the best natural way to get rid of the harshest cold!


The zest of 2 lemons

1/4 cup Fresh ginger root, peeled, and sliced, 

 1 cup  of Spring water

1 cup raw honey

1/2 cup of lemon juice


In a small saucepan, combine lemon zest, ginger and 1 cup of water. Allow mixture to come to a boil, let simmer for 5 minutes, then strain into a heat-proof measuring cup.

Rinse the saucepan out and pour in 1 cup of honey. On very low heat, warm the honey, but do not let it boil. Add the strained lemon ginger water with the lemon juice. Then mix with honey until it combines to form a thick syrup.

Pour into a glass jar with a lid. Mason jars work well.

Note: This can be refrigerated for up to 2 months.

For children 12 and older and adults, use 1 to 2 T every 4 hours.*

*Honey is not recommended for children under one years old
